I believe that you are looking for an old-school MARR connector, as opposed to a common MARETTE or WireNut. The MARR uses a brass insert with a set screw, whereas the latter is basically a spring. A

I know this is an old thread but I just started playing with WSJT-X 2.0 FT-8 on my uBitX. I'm running it on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS. It runs OK, at least in receive mode...I haven't tried transmitting yet,

Dave, FWIW - My mod of bypassing the audio output section entirely and using a 741 opamp followed by a audio power amp IC gave strong audio...? It was still somewhat RF deaf but the mmic amp /

First, K3 is the main TX/RX relay so it's not trading an entire circuit in or out of the mix; it's just routing one point (antenna) to one place (RX) or 'tother (TX). The quick way to see a difference

I believe that there is uniform agreement that the relay replacements do reduce the harmonics.? That is the issue that is solved by external low pass filters. The spurs issues for 20m and higher
