Vic, The V6 kit without case comes with 'templates' for front and back that are fairly thick, looks a little like plexiglass with an opaque covering.? Too thick to use as the volume/on-off switch

Rene, Based on the recording, I would try adjusting the BFO.? It sounds like you are getting the carrier through when you press the PTT button.? See if you get the same sound with CW mode.? CW does

Because of the many problems I have with my V6, I also think that it is the software and so I also extracted the master file, problem is as soon as you load it in Arduino, you get error messages ???
