Re: sBitx running FT8
Hi Ashhar! My sBitx is back on the air with the upgrades!? Thanks. I would like to use my shack PC to run WSJT-X and JS8Call.? sBitx is on with sBitx app running setting to digital.? I attempt

Finals and Switching Regulator
I received my sBitx unit a couple of weeks ago and it came with extra finals, but no switching regulator. It seems I have smoked the finals inside of the radio, so I need to replace them with the

Replacement Nano problem uBitx V6
I wanted to have several Nanos for my uBitx V6. ?Since the pins need to be on the opposite side of the board from the norm, I bought the boards below from Amazon ?that allowed me to solder in the

Re: First use of LTSpice (For tests filters 45mhz)
hello I made a small model on the shown on diagram 5. I spent 2 good hours trying to have a correct setting to display with the Nanovna a correct curve. For me, variable resistors only have the effect

On Laws... Murphy was an optimist. Vonadas rules apply (its a set of laws). I am neither pessimist nor optimist, being pragmatic I can be surprised, never disipointed. Mine is Rust (aka corrosion)

Re: #sBitx Incorrect frequency display #sBitx
I have added a command to account for CW pitch in the VFO display frequency. You can try this code by executing in a terminal window: cd /home/pi git clone https://github.com/k3ng/sbitx-k3ng.git cd

Re: Daylight again schematic questions
Simple solution, class A wastes energy, has low efficiency, often only gaining a few DB of IMD improvement.? The problem is a high efficiency class A is maxed out at well under 40%.? Use big fans.

Re: #sBitx Incorrect frequency display #sBitx
I¡¯m planning to add a command that will change the calculated frequency behavoir on CW to account for the pitch.

Re: #sBitx Incorrect frequency display #sBitx
Try to measure the exact frequency of the internal oscillator standard used within the radio. Perhaps it is just off a bit. My older ICOM 718's are never quite perfect. It was difficult to fix them.

Re: #sBitx Incorrect frequency display #sBitx
I also compared the CW transmission. As with reception, it seems to be about 600 Hz higher than IC-705. I don't have any p roblem with SSB, so is this the way it is? 73 Ichiro,JE1JGC [image:

Re: First use of LTSpice (For tests filters 45mhz)
Hello, Allison an all Do you think that I can find the characteristics of my filters (45R15AZ and 20J26) by applying the method of diagram 5 with a NanoVNA. I think I put 2* 2K variable resistor? and

Sounds like it might be common mode current on the coax. What type of antenna are you using? Do you have any mix 31 cores you can use to tame the problem if that turns out to be the case. Have you
