Q90 is a smd version of a 2n3904. Part number is mmbt3904. The schematic is correct. A few people have used a TO-92 version with success. It is just hard to align, due to the difference. Good luck &

Conrad, according to the schematic q90 is a 2n3904.? What is installed on the board is a flush mounted transistor....if it is a 2n3904 no reason not to replace it with a t0-92 form is there?? Am I

The standard heat sink is to small. To make it worse there is no heat sink paste on them to transfer the heat to start with. those poor Fets get cooked. If you can¡¯t leave your fingers on them
