Re: BITX QSO Night, Sunday, November 5, 7pm Local Time, 7277 kHz in North America, 7177 kHz elsewhere
Hi Dexter,I have successfully worked ?zl with my bitx40, he was only running 100w and an inverted vee, my report was 55, just running barefoot 7 watts into a butternut hf9v sitting on a pontoon

Re: BITX QSO Night, Sunday, November 5, 7pm Local Time, 7277 kHz in North America, 7177 kHz elsewhere
Hi Dex...have a listen around 7.178 MHz for VE6RAC. I worked hime 1,600 miles with 7 watts BITX40 from Ontario. Also hearing New Brunswick Canada on the east coast so my prop is east west right now

Re: BITX QSO Night, Sunday, November 5, 7pm Local Time, 7277 kHz in North America, 7177 kHz elsewhere
Any activity in ZL/VK? Maybe ZLs should be listening around 9:30 on to catch the VKs? My kit has heard CW around 7013 at times, and a VK4 further up (once), among heaps of QRM, but nothing workable or

Re: raduino v1.27 released (improved suppression of spurious burst)
Hi John, Thanks for notifying. It's only a display issue. The VFO can really tune beyond 10Mhz, but the display gets messed up because of the extra digit. I'll try to improve that in the next version.

Re: RX and TX LED
Easy, Ben! Consult the circuit diagram. Relay K1 is supplied with +12V. It then feeds either +RX or +TX as the case may be. The underside of the board has the pads to connect to, either to individual

Re: raduino v1.27 released (improved suppression of spurious burst)
Hi, just a quick question about the frequency range, i installed ver 1.26, all ok, then changed the upper and lower frequency range to 3mhz and 15.5mhz. I had hoped to be able to rx 30 and 20 metres

Re: RX and TX LED
Just go to the Rx and Tx lines that control the direction of the amps.? Put a 1K to each Led from them. I think that is what you asked? 73's Mike, WA6ISP -- Mike Hagen, WA6ISP 10917 Bryant Street

RX and TX LED
Hi Everyone, Could anybody tell me a way I can pull voltage from the board for an LED on RX and then pull voltage from the board for a TX LED and turn off the RX LED? Thanks Ben KD2NOU -- Ben KD2NOU

Re: Signal generator.
Probably these? #include "si5351.h" #include <Rotary.h> Remember the complaint the external SI library eats memory? That's why it is internal on newer versions. Mike, WA6ISP
