OK, I got 3 guys who wanted Raduino Board. It is the board and Nano, no LCD or Spacers. I did move the Regulator and add capacitors and a limiter resistor on the input. It is programmed with 1.13

Unplug the antenna and see the residual noise. If it drop dramatically then it could be local electrical. The speaker is distorting in the video. It will sound better in a box with low tones louder. I
