Re: BITX QSO Night, Sunday, May 14, 9pm Local Time, 7.179 MHz
Listening right now and 7.178 MHz is better, or even better 7.1775MHz. There is a strong station working on 7.180MHz and another one on 7.175MHz

Re: Raduino v1.10 with CW functionality released
Measure that tuning voltage (to ground) going into the Raduino as you rotate that pot through its range. ?Voltage should smoothly change from 0 to 5 volts.

Re: Raduino v1.10 with CW functionality released
Hi Jerry, thanks for reply.
Well, it is a little bit tricky to explain. I'm sure that both 10k lin and 20k 10-turn are good, both wired properly. Sketch was also good, Allard's 1.10. I cannot

Re: Raduino v1.10 with CW functionality released
With PTT pressed and key not closed, this is like an SSB transmitter with no audio. ?There will be some residual carrier, since that balanced modulator is not perfectly balanced. ?I doubt this

I don't fully understand the symptoms you describe, but:
Those 10 turn pots can have funny pinouts. ?I'd take it out of the circuit, check with an ohmmeter. ?Make sure you have identified the

Re: Raduino v1.10 with CW functionality released
I tested most of the features of v1.10.
This is what I did:
1. All toggles works fine.
2. Installed 20k 10-turn pot (the only kind of 10-turns I had ATM), it looks much better than 10k lin. It

Re: BUYING A SPARE SI5351A BOARD
Alternatively you can use:
pinMode(FBUTTON, INPUT_PULLUP)
and eliminate the digitalWrite line.

Re: SMD 20M BITX20
There are files on the bitx20smd at /g/BITX20/files/M0ZHN%20smdBITX ( /g/BITX20/files/M0ZHN%20smdBITX ) This was available about 6 years or so ago but now you would

Re: BUYING A SPARE SI5351A BOARD
As of Arduino 1.0.1, it is possible to enable the internal pullup
resistors with the mode INPUT_PULLUP. Additionally, the INPUT mode
explicitly disables the internal pullups.
So the digitalWrite

The original BITX20 is getting rather old. After several thousand posts
there may not be much more to be said about that design. There are
still kits available for BITX-xx transceivers,

*For what its's worth*
Shielded wire from the DDS to the VFO input on the main PCB
Shielded wire from the tune pot to the DDS

When you reach either end of the tuning pot you go into “shuttle mode” and will tune in larger increments. To stop it, simply reverse the direction of the pot.
In your example had you
