Re: sBitx v3, just installed new MOSFETS and no output #sBITX_v3
Please disregard.? Although no "wizz" at troubleshooting, it occurred to me that I'd been using a bench supply that is only 2A at 12V!? Connected up a 4A one I had on a shelf behind me and RF out!?

Re: zBITX CW Mode - Proof of Concept
Mike, Thank you for the very detailed explanation.? It is a good guide? for me to use whenever I'm following the code.? Thank you for taking the the time to provide it. As I understand it, my zBITX

You can build this with a relay and a diode fairly inexpensively.

I know :) That's not what I am looking for. That file is actually what I used to recover from my ill-fated attempt to compile and install the firmware. I am really looking for a way to build the

Re: Batteries on ZbitX
I have a similar product for sBitx (www.ducerf.etsy.com), and I have considered something for zBitx. But with the de minimus rules change staring friday, I don't think I'll be able to make affordable

Re: Batteries on ZbitX
I use a small rvse polarity module. Tried them on my bench. It works very well. If I reverse the input, no output, with no noticeable detection of any current draw when reversed or measurable voltage.

Hi Karl, the front panel .uf2 file (compiled for you already) is near the top at this page https://www.hfsignals.com/index.php/zbitx/ 73, .Vince

Build Instructions for ZBitx Front Panel Software?
I tried to build the software for the Raspberry Pi Pico. There are a couple of things missing: The TFT_eSPI library needs a User_Setup.h file that describes the interface and the type of display

Excellent suggestions guys! I added several ferrite to the power supply lead and the problem is solved!

Re: sBitx-v4301-PiZero-SD-IMG
You probably misunderstood the situation. JJ tried to make the 4.301-a zbitx version when there was no working zbitx yet. Once it was made, the original release doesn't address this. -- Gyula HA3HZ

Re: FT8 time differential - how to resolve?
Vince, Just to reassure you, I was able to establish a connection with the opposing station DT 2.2. I'm running sbitx 4.4 64bit, where this is done very well. I see - and + values ??in the DT

Re: FT8 time differential - how to resolve?
Vince 1.8 is larger than I would expect to see. I haven't used FT8 on the zBitx, but on the sBitx I have used a Linux app designed for FT8 timing issues called tweaktime to nudge the clock a smidge.
