Re: Renewed attempt to hack together a workable PA
Ravi,
Do not go above 28V unless you have lots of spares.
But so you know I've seen at 20V 25W during testing and for fun

Does anyone have a spice model for the BFU590G transistor used in the zBITX that they would share?

Re: sBitX v3 for sale
PS: I will also include a Raspberry Pi Official keyboard and mouse and HDMI adaptor.? Also, I do have a monitor but that would depend on extra postage cost or if collection.

sBitX v3 for sale
Hi,
I am selling my xBitX v3, only bought (ordered) 05-21-24 directly from HF Signals.
I thought I would use it more but find my IC-705 and SDR Control (MacOS) easier, or I should say more

The scale data in the hw_settings.ini file contains the maximum performance available in the given band.
It is worth using the data provided by the manufacturer.
But if you like variety and modify

sBitx_log file *import* into cqrlog without GRID
the title and the question are incorrect,
because I want to transfer the content from sbitx_log in .adif format,
which is correct *sBitx_log file

Will do.? The individual W8DIZ amps are very flat from 1-30 MHz. The spice model as I posted has a 0.5 dB drop from about 14 to 30 MHz for the pair. I'm cautiously optimistic, especially since this
