Re: sBITX 64Bit Pi Image Available #sBitx
JES, Thanks for the answer, until then I will continue to test the OS and the log program. Ioan, JTDX is installed on 64bit OS, why don't you use it? -- Gyula HA3HZ

Yes, the beta 2 build has some improvements on my list. My goal is to finalize the build into a release build after I get the USB audio app completed. -JJ

Re: SBITX v3 - Ability to use a Headset for phone modes
Hi Scotty, I agree with Paul that a separate topic would be a good idea.? It is impolite to "hijack" another's topic.? Follow-up questions would be best done on that new topic. To get started on the

Re: Low transmit power using wsjtx and jtdx #sBitx
In this question, it appears that you were not here when these were discussed. Not exactly, but it's been a year since sbitx v2 was released. The initial settings have been discussed a lot here on the

Re: SBITX v3 - Ability to use a Headset for phone modes
Hi Scotty There isn¡¯t a simple answer to your question really. Before I say any more, it might be worth creating a separate thread for your question if it is related to the sbitx specifically, that

ps.: New information always raises a new question, right? If you like to get to know the unknown and you don't want to spoil it, just get to know it, then you have to learn a lot. The log file is a

Re: Where is the wsjtx_log.adi file? #sBitx
I can say from my own experience that JTDX is a derivative of WSJT-X. You can also read it on the login picture. So the programmer put it there for a reason. Simply leave the wsjtx.adi file in the

Re: uBitx V6 very low power on all, bands
Based on feedback I think my problem might be to do with calibration particularly now I inadvertently entered setup and think I may have altered frequency and bfo. I watched the video of how to

The best way I've found to frequency calibrate my ubitx V3 is to use WSPR. Based on all the reports you get, you can generally tune to within 10 HZ or so.

Low transmit power using wsjtx and jtdx #sBitx
I noticed today that both wsjtx and and jtdx were not transmitting at full power.? In the sBitx gui, I have Drive set to 100, but on 10m, I was only getting about 3W out.? I have the output power in

Re: Where is the wsjtx_log.adi file? #sBitx
Here's my resolution: For whatever reason WSJTX did not and would not create an *.adi file.? I've been playing with JTDX and noticed that it's .adi file is named wsjtx_log.adi.? So I copied that

Re: uBitx V6 very low power on all, bands
Hi David, As you probably know, as there's no carrier for SSB, keying the mic won't do much without talking. Try switching to straight key CW and use the PTT as a key. How's the output power there?

Re: uBitx V6 very low power on all, bands
Hi David, As Gerry stated, the power measurement will depend on the transmission mode, CW vs SSB.? SSB also varies on the modulation level. The place to start is with the receiver.? Is it receiving
