The OS should not affect the way the software runs.
Can you make the power setting change using a wheel mouse? That's weird that it won't go below 26.

i have a signal generator, and with about 100-200mv i can get a signal through to see it on the spectrum display.
I was able to changed bands.? Checked all bands and sig gen can get through,

I just noticed one bug in this design¡. The pocket for the encoder board was designed upside down. This put the vfo knob at the top and function knob at the bottom. There is enough cable to flip it
