- terminal shows current time as 12:57:09 CST -- correct when queried
- terminal shows UTC time as 18:57:09 UTC --

John, It's not related to the sputtering problem you are working, but, I do hear what I think is unnecessary relay chatter on your recording of the DE (not on the received signal, but actual relay

Hi Mark,
I suggest installing 3.3-volt Zeners on the GPIO pins connected as outputs to control the radio.? Ashhar Farhan has stated that these are now included in the V2 (and now V3)

This shouldn't really be a problem, because LSB is typically used for SSB on 40m.? So if the frequency is set to anything lower than around 6997 kHz the emissions will be out of band anyway.
