Steve, I downloaded the IDE straight from the Arduino site. Interestingly, on the github for AttinyCore / SpenceKonde, mention is made that some IDE 2.0 releases don¡¯t work with his software.

Further information ..... voltage to radio was 13 volts.. radio was set at 10 watts output and was calibrated for meter and txcal. had latest firmware update Steve N3KDN
