Success with a 64GB card. I can assert that the software definitely loads on a Pi 3B+.
At the moment I only have the Pi and display and no other hardware. The radio interface doesn't come up, but I

Farhan,
So what is the power calibration procedure on a DE sBitx using this image file? There is no SWR bridge in mine or internal power meter, so whats the best way to calibrate.

I have been having a ton of QSOs on FT8 (and some on CW) !
#7 sBitx gives around 42W on 40m (after txcal) without any problems. Plenty of QSOs on all the bands from 80m and up (screenshot).

Bob,
1. If you have a dummy load, attach it to the radio,
2. On sbitx, scroll down to open the console, in the console command line,
type "txcal", wait for it to cycle through it for a minute or

I think it would be wise to add a thermal mechanical switch to disconnect power from rig when

1. Both, the sBITX and the external meter agree at about 22 watts
2. I tried to be clear that I abused the sBITX by repeatedly holding the key down while trying to record power and current

Re: Spurious RF at beginning of CW transmission in the uBitx
I installed a 2N7000 as you suggested.
It has definitely got rid of the spurious RF on CW but I noticed that there is now some spurious RF at the beginning of transmission when on SSB.
Not as bad as

Re: What is bitx23?
And that is exactly what you need to do with the BITX concept.
Look at the circuit, think it over with your ideas (and what you have laying around) and modify the design.
Just try out your thoughts,

Re: What is bitx23?
Hello Ashhar,
I quickly browsed through the bitx23 design.
I really like that there is now a 2m transceiver design.
I alsi like usage of a Pico as controller, as this is readily available and nowadays
