Cable checks okay for continuity. Got verbose error msg. Arduino: 1.8.13 (Windows 10), Board: "Arduino Nano, ATmega328P" Sketch uses 22966 bytes (74%) of program storage space. Maximum is 30720 bytes.

Ted, Can you verify that you have a Nano clone?? It could be that you have a Raduino that is not from HF Signals.? HF Signals uses Nano clones with the CH340 series of USB interfaces.? The

If it is a "Charging Cable" it may not have the data leads. If it is a data cable it will work for both data and charging. You do have to select the correct Arduino model and the correct boot loader

Vic and/or Dave Trying to update BITX40 with early Nano version. I found a cable at the Dollar Store that fits the Nano. It¡¯s not blue and is fairly long. 6ft. Sketch compiles okay but upload fails
