The contrast control (pot) is mounted on the Raduino facing towards the
display. There is no brightness control (although you can add one)!

Would anyone tell me how to adjust the contrast, not only the brightness,
of the LCD, so that I can read the characters without tilting the whole
chases or adjust my watching angle.

The issue with not using the chokes is that now you are putting DC through the core in addition to the RF and adding to the saturation of the core from the DC component. That’s why you can get away
