Unsolder your speaker leads, twist them tightly together and resolder
them to the speaker. See if that helps.
Try a .01pf capacitor between the solder lugs on the speaker. See if

I fear the coupling is thro power line.
Please try star mode power line distribution.if possible have a Inductor
based "pi" filter for the independent stages in power feed.
