The settings do not disappear on the next reboot. This enables the SSH server and then it stays on.

Looks pretty good David, but where you have the Raduino mounted to the display and mounted off the main board, you really should rework the cabling a bit and use miniature coax for the Clock 0, Clock

I have had success in selecting a section of the schematic on my desktop, enlarging it and printing that section. I did it with the Q14 Q15 section for ease of viewing and a help in troubleshooting.
