Re: BITX QSO Afternoon/Night, Sunday, February 11, 3PM/7PM Local Time, 7277 kHz in North America, 7177 kHz elsewhere
I'm listening on 7277. I can hear one station way down in the noise.

Marco,
Thank you for your answers. I still able to receive, and it looks like sensetivity of the receiver goes up now. But i have no tools to measure it. I adjust RV136 to the top (as drawn in a

Re: Blue display, white digits
Also the 4 corner mounting holes are sometimes off between displays by as much as a half millimeter. Had problems replacing a couple due to this.

You might dump that EEPROM clearing sketch in the files section for future use by others…

Re: Blue display, white digits
Should be plug compatible, but note that I've found that different brands/colours of 1602 displays may be slightly differently size, so it may be too tight or sloppy in your existing front panel

Yes, this display will work, Jack is also right, I switched to blue back to white letters. Word
of caution... 16 pin male pins out the back of the display will plug in directly to the board

It is helpful to have the EEPROM values maintained after a new software load for most of us, but not in your case!?? Not having to recalibrate, retune the BFO, enter CW autokey messages, etc.

Re: Blue display, white digits
As long as you're going to replace it, you might check to see if there is an I2C versions, or at least add that board, as that would free up some I/O pins on the Nano for other things.

Re: Bitx40 - receiver works great, but do not transmit
#bitx40help
are you still able to receive?
does it transmit now?
current doesn't always go to 1 amp. That can be adjusted by RV136. This
is the drive level.
how much output power are you seeing?

Much of the present day Raduino software uses EEPROM to store variables and
readings
that do not change often. This facilitates using that memory for long-term

Re: Bitx40 - receiver works great, but do not transmit
#bitx40help
I check current of transceiver. Whole transceiver in transmission mode, when speaking - 0.85 - 0.9 amp , PA only in transmission mode, when speaking -0.55 - 0.6 amp. This is in top position of RV136

Which version are you having problems with ? I am currently using CEC 1.01

Almost - you'd have to solder on whatever type connector (male pins or female socket) you'd need to mate with your Raduino but otherwise it should work just fine. Order the 5 volt option as 3.3 might
