Hi Greg! C107 is RF grounding the balanced modulator, so you need it. It is a 100nF/25V or 50V X7R capacitor. If you do not have an SMT part you can solder a regular ceramic cap on the pads. Probably

No worries, Bob. It's just that the string manipulations aren't standard Arduino. I fixed mine but you need not be concerned as it will work just fine. -ND6T
