The request was for info for the discord server that was mentioned in #111436. I was assuming it might be a new sbitx oreinted one. Thanks to those that replied with links to JJ's file. -- Hank W6IR

Re: Daylight again resurfacing
John, that sure does and I appreciate the information you have provided. I made the changes to the HYCAS input as you suggested. I was thinking that the tuned circuit does not need to be there

Re: Daylight again resurfacing
Barry, I've done similar circuits, interfacing a crystal filter to a JFET amp, but not the Daylight specifically. My suggestion was based on that experience plus looking at the Daylight schematic.

Re: Daylight again resurfacing
John, great information! I was going to keep the input circuit of the IF amp but change the impedance to match 500 ohm instead of the 50 ohm. The output transformer of the IF amp is 50 ohm. Here I was

Re: Daylight again resurfacing
Hey Barry, The detector input impedance at C19 is ?just R8, a 1k resistor. The hybrid cascode amp input circuit is very similar to the detector. You can make its impedance the same by removing L1, C2

Re: Daylight again resurfacing
Hi Alan, no I do not have a revised diagram.? My plan is to add the IF amp between the crystal filter output and the input to the detector at C19. The HYCAS IF amp input and output impedances are 50
