Re: uBitxV6 transmit audio is thick
Hello Ashok,

Actually, I also think I prefer the knobs closer to the case as they sit with the washers in the mix.
I can’t stress how much better this is than factory.

The position of the cable causes absolutely no issue for me.
The board sits perfectly even with the metal plate and

I got your version of sBitx working.....I love it!
The only thing that would make it better is if it had a way of recentering the map on the web page over your QTH.
Did I miss this?
Thanks!

Hi Jeff,
the boards look great. ?Using the washers to lift the connector above the metal shield seems to good. ?The important thing is that the board flex and strain on the encoder is gone.

Re: sBitX-V3, what is the performance, support, price and weight?
Power is adjustable.
I have operated my v2 for 6 months or so.
No operation issues.
I run the digital modes for weeks at a time 24-/7
Power reduced to about 5watts with a small hf amp to bring it to

It depends on everyone, there are radio amateurs who still like to learn to modify with their own hands and there are radio amateurs who prefer only to "operate the radio" 10 I can not give but 9 yes

Jeff this board is terrific!
What's more is that the encoders seem much more robust, and smoother.
There is almost no slop in the encoder shaft and they don't miss a step no matter how fast I spin
