Ashhar asked to see their hw_settings file and that will be key, also, in
addition to the ideas presented already.
Remember that at least in MY units, the upper side band is at a

Thank you Dean and Evan,
The codec is working. The GUI starts. The Si5351 is also working (confirmed on spectrum analyzer)
I guess I should start working on the hardware part :) before worrying about

Re: low power on some bands
Hi Andi,
There is no calibration for the SWR/PWR meter per band.? If you were to calibrate for 10 meters, then 80 meters would most likely be off.? I believe that most sbitx power measurements are

Investigating a bit further by connecting an external power meter between the radio and dummy load.
Power measurements are spot on for 40 am 80m Bands. From 10 Mhz up the measurements reported by the

Re: low power on some bands
Gerry, thank you for chiming in,? I am aware of that. I did make the measurements with a peak power meter, an oscilloscope and also with a generator driving a speaker with a constant 1KHz sine wave

Re: low power on some bands
Yvon - I think I brought this up previously.? The power output you are seeing for a voice input is the average, which is considerably below peak.? If you have the capability (a decent oscilloscope),

Re: low power on some bands
Farhan,
I went to 6 then 7 but at 8 or 9 there was no increase of the power anymore. I left it at 7 and that gives me 17w in a 50 ohms dummy load. I can live with that.
I still have the problem that

Hi Art,
They are just wire designators. The other end is on K3. During transmission, it disconnects the audio preamp from the audio amp.

Hi Andi,
The Scale=value for 20 meters is set for 0.005.? Try increasing it to 0.006 and restarting the sbitx program.? You can edit it with vi or nano.
Each band has its own scale factor.? You
