Ok.
An alternative is to follow the instructions here. https://github.com/drexjj/sbitx/blob/main/README.md
The terminal is the >_ symbol on your desktop application bar.
Hope that helps

So I have to ask, what are some of the advantages of a 64 bit release?
Is it faster?
Can I run more applications?
Is it more stable?
Does it give me something I don't already have?
With that

Re: UBitx v6 - no transmit power
Hi Evan,
I've replaced Q90 with a wired transistor.
Unfortunately, no change.
I can hear the relay, see a small, momentary deflection on the power meter, but that's it.
I'll double check the

Re: UBitx v6 - no transmit power
Nick,
It is best to get the uBitx transmitting CW and then work on SSB. Both modes use the same power amp sections.
The next most common problem after blown IRF510s is Q90. This transistor has been

Re: UBitx v6 - no transmit power
Hi Evan,
Fair point - uBitx v6 (I have a uSDX too...) is what we're looking at. It was a long day...
Output is near zero on all modes as measured into a dummy load. Whistling on SSB makes no

Re: UBitx v6 - no transmit power
Hi Nick,
Let's start by clarifying which radio it is. Is it a microBitx (uBitx) or a uSDX? They are different.
The next question would be the mode you use for the power test.? If it is SSB, there

Divakar,
You don't have to think about complicated things.
I bought a 92x92x25mm 'quiet' fan ( https://www.hqelektronika.hu/hu/12v-csendes-ventilator-92x92x25-ha92251v4-999-cy-9025-12v4-a99 ) , for
