Cooling RPi4 in Sbitx
The question whether the RPi4 should be installed without cooling or with cooling does not let us rest. I looked through several test descriptions, where they show measurements depending on the number

Re: new sBitx software
Bill, First, as it is shipped, you keep operating as it is shipped. It wont die on you. You are at liberty to upgrade or not. I guess for you, you can upgrade once a year to get the latest features

Re: Remote Audio sBitx v2
I don't know how I got the 30 second delay, but I did hear. Not, I'm experiencing about a 6 second delay. There must be some buffering somewhere. -- 73, Mark, N8ME

I am pretty good with audio programming. I wrote voip protocols, switches and clients in a previous life, but the webrtc is just too restrictive for my liking. Never the less, there is a simplicity to

Re: Remote Audio sBitx v2
30 seconds! For me it is almost instantaneou. You can turn down the volume slider. It doesnt affect the remote audio (it is a feature). The remote audio is controlled by the device audio control.
