OM the most difficult to source components (crystals, toroids, etc) can easily be seen here.? the other parts are more common, except the new v5 suggests using some VHF NPNs in the 45 MHz

This looks like a BFO adjustment issue to me.? I believe that the carrier is in the waterfall as well.? Another possibility is the balanced mixer with T7 and D5 may have issues.? You could have a

Paul, my concern with anything setup for 13.56MHz is the bias levels for the amp, simply because there are no applications I am aware of that call for linear operation in that ISM band! -Justin N2TOH
