Not sure what you mean by "they are IRF"? The pin out for RD16HHF1 are gate source drain. These as tested are gate drain source like the IRF 510. I? would think all RD16HHF1 would be pined the same

They are IRF, I have tested them in place of IRF in Bitx40 and they work perfectly. If they are around 5$ then they are genuine imho. I have bought from this guy below and it was genuine
