the problem could be in the software. What is probably happening is that
the relays need to be switched back to the appropriate LPF after tx to rx
transition is complete.

You are running a uBITX V6, correct? Then you should use Nano3_CECV2_R56_Nextion_LocalS.hex.
Try first uploading the 1.2 version and then without unplugging it, upload the v2 file. I can't
