Re: Value of the frequency of the CLOCK 0
Hello, I wanted to know what type of capacitor is most effective for a power decoupling. Basically, is a SMD capacitor as effective as a ceramic or something other? In addition, there is a calculation

And nevermind... I figured it out. In my haste to test the broadcast filter, I failed to unplug the uBitx from USB. I had turned off the rig and never turned the power back on. So evidently there's

Unusable audio through the speaker
#ubitxv6-help
I recently acquired a ubitx v6 used and in all my tinkering, I can't get the audio through the speaker to resemble anything intelligible.? The audio using headphones however is distinctly

Set the volume controls so that with the antenna connected and a quiet or relatively quiet part of the band, the volume is loud but not clipping or distorted. Measure the AC audio level. Remove the

Re: HF newbie. Propagation questions - with pix!
That should¡¯ve been going from no antenna to your antenna. Didn¡¯t catch that voice recognition error. Really important to have some measurement of your background noise.

Re: HF newbie. Propagation questions - with pix!
How much local noise are you experiencing? inverters, solar panels, noisemakers, Power line noise? In the middle of the day when you listen in the lower half of the 20 m band you should hear lots and

Still having quite a bit of fun building/moving antennas and using the uBITX to learn about propagation. This has me confused however.? Here's what I believe are the relevant details; uBITX ver6 1/2

Re: Restock Kit-Projects
Mark Well if your ubitx requires it at your qth, by all means finish it. I suggest making a note to ID this toroid, then finish building it. If it works, well we don't? need to know how many turns

Hello, I found the source of the problem. Parasitic oscillation due to improper decoupling of the power supply on the conversion part No1. Now I get it, but it¡¯s still a little distorted. It makes
