Re: Microscope - - new thread
We had a good stereo microscope at work.
Very cool, adds a whole new dimension to close work.
Was tempted to bring it home with me for a weekend
to look at bugs and leaves.? But it was heavy.

Stray RF?
I'm having display issues when I transmit, but only in CW. My parallel 4x20 display begins displaying odd characters and symbols. It also can cause my display to blank when I try to access the menu

I've wanted one of those AmScopes for a while now, but the price is out of my reach at the moment. Maybe in six months. My next two slated purchases for my bench are a stereo microscope and a 3d

Re: Nextion Displays >> warning
Well. My plan is to have the display as a remote head.
In its own 3d printed box.
Probably with an encoder, vol and maybe rf gain.
The 7 inch size will make it easy to use as a Touch control. Lots of

Re: KD8CEC - Nextion Display - IAN questions
Ian,

Thanks

The camera microscope is very clever. Getting a monitor screen in the right place to avoid twisting your head and neck after hours of soldering may be a challange.
Stereoscopic vision is very useful,
