No, no other mods. The only thing that might make a difference is that I'm using 75ms delay instead of 50ms. I found that for my rig 50ms is just too short to completeley eliminate the burst. (BTW

I was thinking of using the tx output from the Raduino, which goes to +5 on TX and drives the transistor that then drives the relays, rather than the PTT Sense which as you say goes to?zero on TX.?

Thanks Allard.? I did try using the PTT sense but still got a very short burst of carrier visible on the scope connected at the antenna output.? Maybe you have some other pop reduction mods in place
