L3 is fully isolated for DC by the three caps around it, so shorting L3 to C130A1 should not have done much. Make sure both wires of L3 are still soldered to the board or receive will be deaf and

As mentioned already please try v1.14.1 Please also make sure you're using the correct SI5351 library. It MUST be v2.01 (later versions are known for strong tuning clicks). If it doesn't work for you
