Re: Power supply
You will prpobably need something that can deliver about 1.5A at 12v well regulated. I dont think a wallwart would be good enough. I have used various power supplies with mine. 12v bench supply, 14.1v

Re: uBITX - A reboot of the old BITX
To continue beating this horse unto death, we could use twenty-six FT37-43 cores to wind L1-L15 and T1-T11? Be gentle, I'm still just a cookbook technician.

Power supply
I've been lurking for a while now, my Bitx40 should be here any day. It
occurred to me today while driving, I don't recall seeing any discussion
about power supply. Wall wart? Battery?

I suppose you are his spokesman? The BITX40 will inspire you to
experiment. Modify it, mount it, tweak it, change it.
Also stated; Raduino is a standard Arduino Nano
He doesn't build these.

It would have been much more use just to say the core types and the amount of turns .... Job done ... Simple.

Re: uBITX - A reboot of the old BITX
The Inductance for L1 to L15 are shown and can be worked out from Calculators on the net, But there is no data on T1 to T10. Are they all the same? and if so, are they the same as the Bitx40? any info

Re: Easi link for audio connection - BITX40 and Digital mode
Harry,
Should work on the iPad too.
For PTT, the HTs that I was using both provided VOX.
Here is an article about building a poor man's Signalink USB out of a
cheapie USB sound card dongle.

I may order it just as an educational project - always had trouble with C, this might be the
