UBITX V.272U -FRONT PANEL VIEW
TOP INSIDE VIEW
From atmega 2560? - 3 cables for clocks and 6 pin harness to ubitx 2 cables for SI5351
Lower left are 2 voltage down converters - 1 adjusted to 9v for the atmega?
The other is same except it feeds the DDS SI5351 at? 5 volts
They provide isolation lower regulated voltage extra filters and hash filters.
This results in no discernable vfo clicks on tuning or noise from the Digital boards.
Cheap at around $1.50 each.... ebay....
Lower right is the SI5351 DDs module from Adafruit...
I feed the usb from the Atmega to the rear of the case so? I can program it without removing the radio cover.
Connectors at rear for Digital? stuff - mic, speaker computer audio -- I still am wiring in the mic
Just a quick look at the pin connections
