This is the answer I received fro Mini-circuits .
So the part was developed as a "special series " for a customer and therefore can't hold the specifications . That's crystal clear . The vendor is well aware of that and will take the parts back . I'll receive ( OK for me ) SBL-1 insteat .

The picture shown on Ebay is an ADE-1 but if the part is
marked ADE-1-24 this is not the same model - the seller may not have sent you
what was advertised. Unfortunately, if the unit is an ADE-1-24 the "-24"
indicates that it was a custom development for a customer and we would not be
able to send you any information about it as it is proprietary to the customer
that it was developed for.

Also, we can see from the markings on the device that the
parts are probably ~9 years old (the date code is 628, meaning week 28 of 2006).
If they are we would not be able to confirm the parts are "fit for use", even if
they are genuine Mini-Circuits parts, since we cannot know how they have been
stored / handled in this time.
