I completely agree with you.
I only see the practice developed here, when someone needs help, then contact the forum.
When I noticed in May that I had the same problem, I didn't even try to contact support.
I knew I had to solve it myself, even though I also transferred $429, which was that much without rpi.
Unfortunately, they do not want to let go of this bad practice.
