Spring Thaw

 

Mark and Terry Mulligan of Annapolis will volunteer to bring back Spring Thaw in 2022 if the group is interested.? For those unfamiliar with it, this was an annual Tandem mini-rally? in March/April in Easton MD.? The event lasted four days and did both circuit rides and remote start/finishes from the hotel.??

Marshall and Shirley are interested in Spring Thaw only if we’ve had Covid19 vaccines well before. Thank you for considering a return of one of our favorite rides

We at looking at 2022 so we will be well past COVID

Just a plea from BBC, Kent Co Spring Fling is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend in Chestertown, MD. This year May 28 -31. Assuming we can go forward with such an event while complying with Covid restrictions.

Please don't schedule Spring Thaw too close to the end of May. No point in competing for riders with two events on MD Eastern Shore.?

One year Spring Thaw was in early May. Mar / Apr is no problem.? Thanks.

Hi Olya and Bob,

We would expect any vaccine requirements to come from the organization hosting (and insuring!) the event. ?At?this point we haven’t heard anything about vaccine requirements for events from the leadership of BBC or PPTC. ?We will certainly pass them along as soon as we hear anything.
