I want you to imagine walking into your local community center pool with your family and, to your horror, discovering it has become a nudist resort, where you must be fully naked to leave the changeroom and enter the pool.?

And to make things even worse, your children must also be fully nude.

Unfortunately, this could become the new standard if the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) Skinny Dippers Club continues to get its way.

And they may have been in a local public swimming pool near you in the past!

The "GTA Skinny Dippers," a local nude swim club, rents publicly-funded pools to host their nude swimming events.

The club has operated for years (its Facebook page declares it existed since 1993) but only became widely known when it decided to advertise at this year's Toronto Pride Parade.

More alarmingly, their website encouraged minors aged 14 to 18 to attend FOR FREE without an adult/legal guardian.

So you are probably wondering where these "skinny-dips" occurred.

The club's website advertised that they rented the pools at Toronto's Wellesley Community Centre, Mississauga's South Common Community Centre, Vaughan's Dufferin-Clark Community Centre, and Richmond Hill's The Wave Pool facility.

If swimming is not your thing, the club also goes naked bowling at a local bowling alley in the Streetsville neighborhood of Mississauga.

I am deeply disturbed that publicly funded community centers, designed to be family hubs, are allowing nudists to host their "skinny dipping" swimming while targeting underage minors, families, and young couples to join them.

And you can trust me when they mean it completely stark naked; they mean it.

Just take a look at their policy regarding the usage of swimming goggles:

"Generally discouraged. We ask that you use your discretion if you feel you need to wear goggles. If we get complaints whereby folks are uncomfortable by you wearing them in their proximity you will be asked to remove them and/or told to leave."

It can't just be me thinking this is a weird statement for a group that expects everyone to be fully undressed before stepping out of the changerooms and onto the pool deck.

I am confused as to why nudists would be concerned about someone using swim goggles to navigate the pool while their core expectation is to have everyone fully naked.

Of course, we both know the simple and most obvious solution to avoid this problem would be to mandate everyone to wear a swimsuit.

But, of course, that would defeat the whole purpose of the group.

Why bother joining even a "skinny dipping club," if you are uncomfortable with the idea others will see you naked?

The entire point of their club is to promote and normalize their perverse, naked lifestyles in your mind. It would also defeat their aim of forcing your neighborhood community center to pander to their twisted values and beliefs.

The contradictions don't end there, though.

You might have noticed that the club, and nudism as a whole, champions its lifestyle to be "non-sexual" in its nature.

If true, why does the club eagerly advertise at the Pride Parade that underage minors aged 14 to 18 can attend for free without a guardian? Why would they not want parents to know their teenager is swimming with naked adults?

While nudists want you to think it's possible to separate one's naked appearance from sexual desire, scientific psychological studies on the human brain show expose a very different reality.

In a 2011 study from the University of Tampere and Aalto University, researchers discovered how our brains react to nudity. They found the human brain responds quicker to nude bodies than to fully-clothed ones. It takes the brain just 0.2 seconds on average to nude or slightly clothed bodies, directly resulting in the natural desire to procreate to occur quicker.

Seeing nude bodies triggers strong sexual desires.

Again, the club's website confirms this is the truth in their frequently asked question section regarding what participants should do if one has an erection.

So, if nudity causes sexual desire, it is clear the nudist lifestyle and the GTA Skinny Dippers club's claims of a non-sexual nature are bogus. It is clear the true nature behind requiring participants to get fully naked is so that they can have the pleasure of seeing nude bodies.

They want to strip your and mine inherent worth and dignity as human beings. In pushing for nude swimming times, the nudists, and by extension, the LGBT mob, core desire is to turn all of us into mere sexual objects.

Why else require everyone to be fully nude for everyday activities at the local community center, like swimming, if not to promote their perverse alternative lifestyle?

They care about pulling your children and yourself into a lifestyle where nudity is normalized.

They want to desensitize us from valuing public privacy as a moral good.

This why I need your help today.

If we stand together, I know we can stop your local community center's pool from becoming a hub of sexualized depravity.

Already, the GTA Skinny Dippers Club is feeling the pressure.

As I wrote this email, they had begun altering their webpage to be less offensive to your sensibilities and decency. For example, the club requires anyone 16 or under to come with a legal guardian at least 18 years or older.

Let's speak up and demand the local mayors and city councilors where the nude swims have already occurred. We stand a chance to ensure our community centers deny the club's request to rent our neighborhood pools.

But we must act now while the club is too busy trying to soften its public image.
