Putting together my V12

All,

Having built the LPF card, the LPF control card, and the BPF, I am
ready to start
putting together a complete radio.

I am trying a new concept in physical mounting. Instead of screwing the
3D-printed card brackets to the floor of the cabinet, I stuck them to
the cabinet with self-sticking Velcro tape. I covered the bottom of
each card bracket with loop tape, and laid strips of hook tape across
the cabinet floor.

The advantage is that it's *much* easier to pull the boards out to mess
with them.
The disadvantages are: 1) the boards are a little wobbly and 2) the
velcro takes up space, and right angle phone plugs at the top of boards
are protruding higher into the roof area.

For the DC power wiring, I used Bill's junction box. Also - I have
discovered a
very useful connector for such things. They're called "ferrules", and
the convert
a messy wire stuck into a connector block into a nice neat arrangement.

I used E6000 craft adhesive between the 3D board upright brackets and the aluminum case. V11 radio- Saved my sanity and time. I have relocated at least one board.? E6000 is reversible if you're patient with the process.?
