Re: Back in the Saddle
Hi John, The assembly manuals are on GitHub here: https://github.com/DRWJSCHMIDT/T41/tree/main/T41_V012_Files/T41_V012_Assembly_Manuals There have been updates to the RF board, but you can still use

Back in the Saddle
Hi All. I'm trying to get back in gear with the T-41 build. I purchased? 4 full sets of V12.6 boards with dual RF and dual BPF, Tiny 85V, PE4302 chip, and K9HZ 20W 160-6M PA. I got these from Bill

Re: Display driver board
One thing. With the driver board in place, you should be able to jump R4 and R5¡ the buffer resistors on the Main board in the SPI lines. Not needed. Dr. William J. Schmidt - K9HZ J68HZ 8P6HK ZF2HZ

Re: Display driver board
Did you miss my post that I got it working after reheating the connector pins. I can also run Ver66.9 at both 600MHz and 528MHz with TCXO defined.

Re: [SoftwareControlledHamRadio] Ver066_9_3_22_25
Yeah exactly right¡ everyone is use to having a BPF in transmit to clean up the signal before transmitting¡. But what many SDRs are missing is a preselector¡ a band filter mechanism in receive

Re: Display driver board
Yep that¡¯s it and its in the right orientation. The U1 part should be on the board 180 degrees from straight up and I think you have that right too¡.. with pin 1 at the white dot in the lower

Excellent report John. One question; does your measured response include the RF Switches? Attached are my notes on the BPF. dave, n3ds [email protected]> wrote:

I just uploaded the results of a T41 BPF redesign, the salient features of which are as follows: 1) All filters were re-simulated in ELSIE using AI6YM kit capacitor values (which differ slightly from

Re: Display driver board
It is now working. I reflowed all of the connector pins and verified that there was 5V on the out connector. Apparently a bad solder joint, they looked fine though. I was able to compile and load

Re: Display driver board
Completed the build for 5V. No shorts, no opens, and all connections traced and ok. However, with the Board in place, no Display. Checked it twice and made sure that both connectors were fully seated.
