I had to pay PostNord, the Swedish post office, €28 even when ebay collected all VAT and customs. The document they sent me stated €0 in VAT, €0 in customs and €28 in adminstration fee...
Do I have to say I really, really don't like our Swedish royal mail provider, to use words acceptable in a public forum?
