So you are seeing activity? Here it is dead. The last Vara APRS I got was on 40M a couple of days ago.? AX.25 Packet on 20M Net105 seems to be doing decently.

I'm running 80W but into a compromised antenna. Its a 10M dipole
about 15' AGL.? I finally got Jose.

The last position report was from Jose. Varied in strength but peaked at -3dB!!! Really loud!!

Yeah, I get a bunch of packet signals that I can hear great on my
20M setup but several don't decode. They show fine on the waterfall
but QTSoundmodem just doesn't decode them. Net105 seems to be where
a lot of the activity is. I've read several accounts that AX.25 just
doesn't do well on HF. Of course that seems to be the improvement
VARA brings to the party. I just wish more activity was up here on
10M.
