Keep RF-only stations on the map for prolonged time?

Hi all,
?
Is there a way to keep RF-only stations on the map for prolonged periods of time??? I've changed the "maxage" settings in both the aprsis32.xml and aprsis42(safe).xml files with no luck.? I also tried putting a zero in the maxage settings since I saw some reference in another message thread about that, but still no luck.? Or is it even possible?? Thanks, KP3FT

I believe that should work but you have to make sure the program is closed before you make any changes otherwise next close will override all settings.?

Go to enables. Scroll down to internet access and check mark it. It will turn off stations heard via the internet.
Good luck
