Please do NOT propagate information about Internet-based, non-validating APRS passcode generators.? I don't care if they work, and I don't care if you use them, but please do NOT publicize them more than they already are.

From (emphasis their's):

passcode=computed passcode for your callsign. -1 is used for receive-only. It is the responsibility of each software author to provide the proper passcode to their individual users on a request basis. This is to aid in keeping APRS-IS restricted to amateur radio use only.

Without any verification, the final phrase of the above cannot be done.

Just type in your ham call and it will give you one. I tested it to see if it would give me the same pass code I already have and it did.
