4th edition of Parenting to Strong-Willed Child soon to be out!
Hi all, the 4th edition of this book will be out the beginning of December and is available on Amazon and will be available in bookstores. The book is greatly expanded and includes not only the 5 week intervention program but topics such as screen time. Many parents who have strong-willed children have found earlier editions of this book to be very helpful. Rex Forehand

I am writing to ask for your support to please vote for Dr. Elizabeth Louis for APA Board of Directors - Early Career - Member-At-Large! She served on the APA Commission on Accreditation as a student member, during part of the time I served on the CoA. She was impressive then, and now as a licensed psychologist, she has continued to develop her professional skills and to add varied and valuable experiences to her professional background and qualifications.. You should have received an email from the APA Election Admin (help@...) to vote online and please remember that voting is available to APA members including students! Dr. Louis is a Black, Haitian American woman and is excited to contribute perspectives that are in alignment with APA’s mission. She has cultivated a researcher, practitioner, and global lens that intersects with her identities of being an advocate and service oriented. She wants to embark on a new journey of leadership within APA to further learn, grow, and be challenged with the in-depth intricacies of the board. Her background experiences (please view the table below) have been instrumental in her approach to leadership, research, and service. Additionally, the desired specific qualities that the Board of Directors seeks regarding global or international psychology along with organizational and system level change are areas of expertise that she possesses for this position. She would appreciate your support in voting for her as #1 on the slate and spreading the word about her nomination. Please feel free to contact her at dr.zabetlouis@... if you would like to speak further about her nomination.
