How the Cloud works
Since we have several managers that are new to using the Cloud, I thought it would be a good idea to explain exactly how it works. If you have never been a Commissioner of a Cloud league, you'll want to know this as well. The Cloud is nothing more than a shared space to store files. Think of it as a huge filing cabinet in the sky. As it pertains to SOM, we push our CMs and our game results to the Cloud. As Commissioner, I check frequently (usually daily) for new files that were uploaded by the managers. Once I see new files, I download them from the Cloud and into the master LZP on my computer. Once I do that, I upload the LZP back to the Cloud. Every time I do this, I update the status of the league. At any time, you can go in the LZP and click Cloud, View League Status. I always update the last date and time I updated it. For instance, if you uploaded game results on 5/9 at 9:30pm, and you click Cloud, View League Status, and it says Last Updated 5/9, 11:00am, you will know that I have NOT yet pulled your results into the master LZP. If you were to click it and said Last Updated 5/10 10:00am, then you know your game files were pulled and updated, and you can re-download the league again for current status. Commissioners can see all files pushed to the Cloud. So in the beginning of the month when we are pushing CMs to the Cloud, there is no need to send an email saying you pushed your CM. I can see all CMs uploaded for each team AND the date they pushed them. Game results are also visible to me and it shows me which files are new and need to be uploaded. So the key thing to remember is that the LZP is NOT automatically updated as soon as you send files to the Cloud. It is only updated once I pull those files and update the LZP into the Cloud. PUSHING CM's - Highlight your team and click Cloud, Push Computer Manager PUSHING GAMES - Highlight your team and click Cloud, Push Game Results. Another common question I get often is 'What are the Cloud #'s for our league?' If you are in the LZP, click Cloud, View League Status. It will show you both League No. and the League Access Code. You need these codes every time you re-download the league from the Cloud. The Cloud asks you to set up a User Name and Password for the purpose of securing your team in the Cloud. I can see the User Names you set up, but not your passwords. So please use ones you can remember. This is to prevent anyone from changing your CM and re-uploading it to the Cloud.

Arizona AZN wins 7-6 in 10 at Washington WAN
Files enclosed, pushed to cloud Arizona appeared all set to end its May home schedule with a win and a winning record. They jumped to an early 5-1 lead thanks to 4 solo shots, 2 by Shohei Ohtani, against Merrill Kelly (who I really like, being a Dbacks fan. I went to the game yesterday, he pitched¡don¡¯t ask). Sadly, once again Hunter Gaddis disappointed (the best pitcher card in the world does not matter if the rolls are on the batter cards), but closers Kyle Finnegan and Ryan Pressley could still seal the deal. Only they did not, and Seattle tied the game in the 9th and won it in the 10th. Arizona finishes May with a 5-5 home record (500 is very good for this hapless bunch) Diamondbacks.... 1 0 0 0 2 0 0 1 1 2 - 7 13 0 Nationals....... 1 1 2 1 0 0 0 0 0 1 - 6 7 0

Seattle SEA takes 2 at Washington WAN
Pushed to cloud, files attached. Game 1 ¨C Mariners pummel the Nationals 10-3, blowing the game wide open with a 6pack in the 8th. Game 2¡ªPlayed similar to game 1 with the Mariners posting one more hit (18 vs 17) to coast to a 7-2 victory Game 3 ¨C Washington avoids the sweep in a see-saw back n forth at the end. Seattle scored 3 in the 8th against Hunter Gaddis of all people. The Nationals came back with 3 of their own in the 9th, walking it off on a Shohei Ohtani blast.
