Her thoughts turned to her friends, a subject that inspired a series of conflicting emotions ranging from concern to frustration. This was followed by a lengthy pause before she somewhat reluctantly uttered the words¡ ¡°Good luck.¡± It was stranger still that the witch genuinely meant it.?

If there was any chance this could provide him with an additional reason to continue down this road toward being a ¡®better man¡¯ then getting in the way of that was the last thing she would do. He deserved the same chance Damon had been given even if her friend was so willing to throw it all away rather than fight for it.?

As Klaus walked away she reached for her cellphone scrolling down to the number of a certain Salvatore as she contemplated whether to attempt calling him again.?

Klaus listened happy to change the subject away from loved ones loss.??Though this taila situation was still a lot to figure out and even take in.??he said ¡°if you need any assistance with hope when she gets here my sister freya might be able to help you.??Like you she to is a powerful witch.¡±??It was easy to see Klaus would do anything to save his daughter. ? Klaus straighten his jacket and said ¡°with that I do believe I have a conversation to hold with my long dead ex.¡±??He headed for the door.??It was time to face the music and talk to aila but he was unsure he could face what she had to say. When she mention visiting simpler times??He just sighed and said ¡°its not as easy as it used to be considering what we are.??Even you im sure can admit to that.¡±??he watched bonnie closely. ? Klaus thought of her words.??He knew bonnie was right and how he would love to rekindle those feeling but then he thought how everyone close to him tended to die. Plus the fact that talia had once chose his brother over him.??Klaus had so many conflicting feelings it was hard to know what to do.??He just knew he didn¡¯t want to hurt talia. Perhaps it was best to steer clear of her so she would remain safe. ? Bonnie never expected to be having this conversation with him let alone to not be looking for some sort of escape hatch. It was definitely a surprising turn of events but she wouldn't be letting her guard down any time soon. ¡°Maybe it couldn't hurt to revisit simpler times every now and then.¡±

While Hayley would never admit as much she did have her doubts about how this conversation might play out with all that had transpired since giving this woman her word. While part of his mind knew that this logic didn't exactly fit together as it perhaps ought to, concern for Elena made him want them out of town anyway. He'd rest easier and be able to leave her alone to live a far better life without him to ruin it if she were at least safe. If he left and something happened...and he didn't know about it...

"We're okay. We can figure whatever out," Franceska said, and Felix nodded in casual?agreement.

"If we have to go out for anything we'll lock up and we won't be long. We shall have to shop for food and such," Renfield said.

The 3 were calm and unconcerned, glad to leave vampire business to the vampires. Franceska looked at Mihnea, taking a breath to thank him then let it out, deciding against it. He wasn't doing this to be kind. He was doing this on the behest of his father and didn't give a damn about them either way.

When Rebecca agreed to go with him, Mihnea grinned, then waved at Felix as he led her out.

"I have a coffin to sleep in...We still tend to go old school," he quipped.

Once outside he promptly became mist then solidified into the form of a small bat that hovered near Rebecca's shoulder, waiting for her to lead the way. If one looked carefully the bat seemed to be smirking as his head tilted, awaiting her reaction at the sight of his transformation.

though friendly and easy enough, his tone held a definite note of warning. Not threat, as the warning wasn't about him or his, but rather about those powers he referred to that as he saw it, owned Franceska and Renfield and Felix too for that matter.

Grinning at Rebecca again he said,"So I'm off to find the trouble maker that ruined my plans and got me sent here...Come or don't, but it would be more interesting with you around."

"If it's some sort of vampire business, I got it here," Felix said amiably, glancing back and forth between the two.

"And of course you're welcome here any time...It's your place after all," Franceska told Rebecca.

She had hoped the other woman wouldn't have to rush off, but if there was going to be a? vampire explosion she did want it diminished if possible. If Vlad's son was anything like him, and she supposed he was, there would be bloodshed otherwise and a lot of it.

"Every other party of Vlad's at least, someone dies," she told Rebecca, speaking the thought aloud and then cursing inwardly. Was that wise? Well hell if Vlad wanted to hide it he would've wouldn't he?

Though I do admit the thought has cross my mind many times.¡± She sighed as the thoughts of either klaus or damen getting between her and Stefan many of times.? ? So anything you do have consequences.??That can jeopardizes what he has sent them here to do. I don¡¯t need you going half cocked and cause a war in this town.
