Yes.? If you log into the groups.io site to read messages you will see that Mute button to mute the topic.

If one has individual messages sent to your email address, there's a link at the bottom of the page to mute the topic.? You have to login to groups.io to finish that process.? Sorry if I was unclear on that earlier.

Hope that helps.

A couple of comments.? Messages have been a bit low at times.? No idea as to why.? Getting back on topic, I still need to put my HF 93212 lathe back together after making some adjustments to the carriage.? That's a project for a warmer day.

Hi Dave. Before you question another’s email, please check your own, see below.

It’s a good idea to read through a message before clicking on Send !

?

I agree with Pierre-Raymond and I am surprised that the Moderators have not stopped this turgid topic.

Please think about ending it.

?

Finally Dave, if you are so keen on following this subject. The answer is easy, set up your own 7x12 group with the rules that you wish to have and leave this group. That way everyone is happy.

?

Personally I like the group as it has always been.

I am responding to your question?
If go not like talking about rules then click MUTE?
?
This why some groups just slowly dies.? This is not my thread.?
If buy a mini you talk about what next. Move to a different group or talk or talk about things to do with lathe.
Like Beyond the Mini lathe is what saying today?
?
My real thread is on putting rotary table on mini lathe?
Are even reading this thread?
?
I would to be talking about my mini lathe / rotary table here and almost no one is talking about .?
?
My next thread after I finish the table is wood turning on a mini lathe?
?
If we had a few simple rules?
?
1) No political
2) No ads
3) It ok with Any one's Wife / Girl friend?
4) It is ok for any one's child/ grandchildren see it too.
5) Must have something to do machine work in the ot
6) Size for a mini lathes and mini shops.
7) No guns
8) Nothing illegal
?
?
FYI? I repond to most threads
