And regarding the Sears Craftsman "Rotary Tool Bench", I don't think anybody posted photos.? Here are a couple.? You might think that the drill press can't be rotated up expecting it to hit some cross bar across the end.

But there is no cross bar.? You just remove pieces of the workbench top to rotate.

There is a good picture and dimensions on the website that gives you an idea of what it is like.? A woodworker should be able to build one from that picture, but the $15 plan should save you a lot of time.

I built a modified version of it and it works very well for a chop saw, spindle sander, and grinding/polishing setup.
