How do you download pictures to the Photo's section

[email protected] #15494 I've been trying to download pictures to the Photo Section.? ?I can create a folder for my pictures, but I'm not allowed to download any.? ?I just get a red circle with a slash through it when I hover above the soft key. I have tried this both on my PC and on my iPad.? ?I get the same results. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Dave
